The Cincinnati State Board of Trustees is appointed by the Governor of Ohio to six year terms.

The Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the College's Conference Center in the Main Building.  The Board does not meet in December and July.

Governor Bob Taft recently reappointed Mrs. Lisa FitzGibbon, Mr. Robert McKenna and Mr. John Steele, Jr. to six-year terms.
