In addition to using the AQIP process for assessment and institutional improvement, CSTCC participates in the Ohio College and University Performance Study, initiated in 1999, to provide increased accountability in higher education. CSTCC also engages in quality assessment benchmarking studies and has participated in the Continuous Quality Improvement Network (CQIN) since 1999. CQIN is a national organization that benchmarks best practices in higher education. CSTCC personnel also participate in the American Society for Quality. These partnerships provide opportunities for benchmarking against national and regional standards in assessing institutional performance.
