New Students:

If you did not receive a loan during the 03-04 award year at Cincinnati State, you must complete the Loan Entrance Counseling Session and electronically sign your Master Promissory Note (MPN).  To do so, CLICK HERE and follow these steps:

• Make sure you have actually been awarded a loan and it has been received by Sallie Mae
• Create an account (unless you currently have one).
• Complete the entrance counseling session.
• Press “Return to School’s Webpage” at the bottom of the screen. This will take you back to the log in screen.
• Please log back in with the OpenNet ID and Password you created and complete and electronically sign your MPN.

Current Students:

If you did receive a loan during the 03-04, 04-05, or the 05-06 award year at Cincinnati State, you do not have to complete the Loan Entrance Counseling Session or electronically sign your Master Promissory Note (MPN).  If you attended, and did not receive a loan, please go to the new student tab above.

NOTE:  If you receive a borrower notification letter from Sallie Mae, and you feel that you shouldn't have, please contact your financial aid advisor.
