The ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE PROGRAM (ESL) is designed to help non-native speakers of English improve their English proficiency through integrated skills courses including speaking, listening comprehension, reading, writing, and grammar.

After successfully completing the ESL courses, students may continue with their degree programs at Cincinnati State.
