Industrial Maintenance Apprentice Programs – Apprentice Programs for smaller companies have become a thing of the past. However, your company can bring this kind of training back by using Cincinnati State's Electrical or Mechanical training programs as the formal training part of your own Maintenance Apprentice Program. Combine our formal training with your on the job mentoring and you will soon have a qualified journeyperson. Call us to discuss the opportunities.
Customized/ On-Site Training - Do you need special maintenance training for your workforce; maybe PLC, VFD or Instrumentation? Cincinnati State can customize almost any industrial maintenance training and teach it at our Evendale campus or at your site. Our training focus is on developing troubleshooting skills thru lots of hands-on experience. Call us to discuss your maintenance training needs.
Assessment Services - Whether you need to assess the skills of your current workforce, or assess candidates for employment, Cincinnati State can provide the assessment tools to help you make decisions regarding training needs and hiring decisions.
