Your conduct during business dining speaks volumes about how you conduct business. 

Restaurant etiquette and table manners will be presented.

Topics will also include making reservations, determining who pays the bill and appropriate tipping.

Managing diversity is about the way we treat people – the causes and consequences of negative treatment and how we can deliberately build a climate that supports productivity based on quality treatment.  Managing diversity is about business.  It is about the way we include all people that work with us in the essential business of the organization – to create an environment that supports the growth and development of everyone.

Today, millions of Americans are struggling to stay economically afloat.  Many of them are working full-time, but they cannot make their paychecks stretch to pay the bills for basic necessities.  What has come of the American Dream that if you work hard and play by the rules, you will prosper?  This issue book presents three perspectives on the question of what can be done to ease the financial problems that plague both the working poor and many middle-class families.
