In the Culinary Arts program, students receive training in all aspects of food preparation including methods of cookery, sauces, soups, butchery, garde manger, pastry and confectionaries, as well as culinary management. This program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Educational Institute. Graduates earn an Associate of Applied Business degree and are prepared for employment in hotels, restaurants, clubs, resorts, catering, and health care food service operations. Culinary Arts graduates are qualified to continue their education in the University of Cincinnati’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Science program.
