In the Food Service Management program, students learn basic foodservice operation skills and progress to management training through classroom instruction, laboratory experience, and cooperative education. Graduates earn an Associate of Applied Business degree and are prepared for supervisory positions in a variety of foodservice operations including restaurants, clubs, cafeterias, and catering companies.
