Cincinnati State Technical and Community College is a state assisted institution of higher education and receives the major portion of it’s revenue from the State of Ohio.  Rules regarding the classification of residence of students was created under Section 5747.02 of the ORC.  Please use the attached Residency Form for a Residency Review.

• In order for your review to be completed minimally three pieces of information will be requested for documentation purposes.  ( tax documents, Ohio Driver's License; lease/mortgage/notarized letter).  Possibly more information may be requested to make a residency determination.

• A final review will be completed within ten business days once this form and all information is  is completed, signed and documentation has been received.  Please refer all questions to the Office of the Registrar.
