When You Need Instructor's/Dean's
Approval to Register
Consent of instructor requirement:
The approval of the instructor of the course or the program chair is required to register for the course.You may obtain the approval on the Registration Activity Form and proceed to the Office of theRegistrar for processing.
Once the course has met: The approval of the instructor is required once the course has met. You may obtain the instructor's approval on the In-Person Registration Activity Form and proceed to the Office of theRegistrar for processing.
If the course has met and is closed: The approval of the instructor is required if the
course is closed and has met. You may obtain the instructor's approval on the In-Person Registration Activity Form and proceed to the Office of theRegistrar for processing.
After the first week: After the first week of the term through the last day to enter a course, you must obtain the consent of
the instructor and dean of EACH course you wish to add. The proper form may be obtained in the Office of the Registrar.
Conflicting Courses: Students wishing to register for two course sections with conflicting times must obtain the written approval of the instructor of one of the course sections.
