Term grade reports and grade reports resulting from grade changes are available online by logging in to mySERVICES via MYCSTATE.  Students will not receive a grade report in the mail.

To access your term grade report or to verify that a grade change has been recorded:

Go to www.cincinnatistate.edu

·        Click on ‘a current student’

·        Click on ‘MYCSTATE (direct login)’ or click on the link to the right on the top of this page

·        Enter your username and password and click ‘Login’ button

§  Use ‘red’ link at the top of page if you don’t know your username or password

·        Click on ‘mySERVICES’ tab at the top

·        Click on ‘Click here to continue to mySERVICES’

§  You may be asked to login a second time

·        Click on ‘Current Students’

·        Click on ‘My online grade report’ under Academic Profile

·        Choose the term and click Submit

Please note that Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.1, or higher, is required in order to view the grade report.  A link will be provided for you to download Acrobat Reader 8.1 after you click on ‘My online grade report’.
