How To Enroll As A Non-Degree
Seeking Student

A student desiring enrollment in a class or program at Cincinnati State must apply online as a non-degree seeking student or complete the Non-degree Personal Data Form (click here) and fax, mail, or bring it to the Registrar’s Office.  

 

This should be done at least a month before the desired term begins.

Regular Office Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

Extended Hours until 7:00 p.m. week before classes
and first week of classes

 

Following receipt of the data form, the college will create a computer student database record, and will mail a confirmation letter containing the student’s username and password to access the computer system, including e-mail.

The student’s username and password permit the student to login to MYCSTATE to access the mySERVICES menu of services available, including registration, grades, billing and payment.

Web and in-person registration for non-degree students begins approximately two (2) weeks before classes each term.  The Calendar of Important dates shows the specific dates for each term (click here).  Registration ends on the day before classes begin.
