Registration Options

Registration for each term may be completed in two (2) ways:

  • Web Registration
  • In-Person Registration

The Registration Calendar consists of three (3) “windows” for each registration period:

§         Priority 1 is a week-long registration period for active degree-seeking and certificate students with 30 or more credit hours (including transfer credit);

§         Priority 2 is a week-long registration period, following the Priority 1 period, for all active degree-seeking and certificate students;

§         Open Registration is the registration period, following the Priority 2 period, for all active degree-seeking, certificate, and non-degree-seeking students.  Open Registration before the start of classes does not require Instructor or Dean’s approval unless classes have reached capacity and/or “Instructor Consent” is required of all registrants.  Once classes have begun, Instructor signatures are required to add classes.  Beginning with the second week of classes, Dean’s signatures are also required.  No registrations are permitted after the second week of classes.

Students are encouraged to use Web Registration whenever possible.  Registration and billing statements are mailed to all students using Web Registration.  Students using Web Registration will be prompted to enter their Usernames and Passwords.   Username and Password are mailed to each student by the Office of Admission upon application to the College.  Web Registration is not available once classes have begun.
