Cincinnati State offers more than 150 classes that do not require any previous college coursework, or any preparation before you may enroll. Click here for a complete listing. 

 

Credits awarded are in units of quarter credits. Credit earned may apply to degree or certificate requirements if students later decide to seek admission. The College is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.  
 

Advising Assistance: 
Academic Advisors at Cincinnati State are available to assist students with course selection.  Each Division Office can connect a non-degree student with an advisor appropriate to the student’s general or specific subject area of interest.  Please see the list of Division Office locations and telephone numbers below.

Visiting students at Cincinnati State who are pursuing degrees at other institutions should consult with their advisors at their home college or university before registering to be sure that the Cincinnati State course(s) selected will apply toward degree requirements.
