Construction management comprises multiple tasks performed by key individuals to complete a building project effectively and efficiently. The construction manager has a thorough understanding of project
documentation, building methods and materials, estimating, scheduling, and team dynamics. With an emphasis in computer-integrated construction, a technician will be well-versed in the practices and methods used throughout residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
