The PSEO program provides qualified 9th through 12th grade high school students who attend public and chartered non-public Ohio high schools the opportunity to enrich their educational experience by enrolling in college-level coursework.  The program is intended to complement rather than replace high school preparatory curriculum.

PSEO 2008-09 Application.

How do I apply to the Cincinnati State PSEO program?

Print the application (click on application link).  Complete your portion and have your parent/guardian and high school counselor fill out their portion.  Once complete, your high school counselor should mail:

  • the application
  • the required letter of recommendation
  • your high school transcript

When your application and supporting documents have been received, you may take the COMPASS Placement test.  Below is a link for information about the COMPASS test.

 The COMPASS test is the last part of the application process.  Everything must be completed by application due date (please see the instructions on the application).  Applicants will be notified of the admission decision within two weeks after the application due date.
