To Create an new External Link...
1. Click on Save New Page
2. Enter Name of Page
3. Click on Page Properties
4. Click on the Custom Tab
5. For the ExternalLink property, Change the "Use Default" dropdown to false
6. Enter the Link in the "Current Value" textbox (i.e. http://www.google.com)
7. Click Save
8. Approve the posting
To edit an existing External Link...
1. Click on Page Properties
2. Click on the Custom Tab
3. Change the "Current Value" textbox (i.e. http://www.google.com)
4. Click Save
