Cincinnati State has twenty-four emergency telephones located throughout the campus, primarily in the parking garages and areas adjacent to parking lots.  These phones are easily recognized by the blue light that sits atop each phone.

By simply pushing the “Help” or “Info” button, you are automatically connected to the Department of Public Safety.  The phones are intended to increase the safety of the campus community and are a quick and easily accessible method of reporting crimes to the Department of Public Safety. 

These phones should be used only for reporting emergencies, crimes or suspicious activities, or when requesting Motorist Assistance or an escort.
