The Summit Restaurant

Welcome to a uniquely educational culinary experience.

The Summit Restaurant at the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State serves dinner to the public each Thursday through Saturday. Gourmet dishes are prepared fresh and served by well-trained students under the direction of the restaurant management team.

Reservations are recommended, and are available on the half-hour beginning at 5:30 p.m. Call (513) 569-4980, or request a reservation online. Complimentary valet parking is available.

The Midwest Culinary Institute is centered upon education, training, and a passion for the  culinary and pastry arts degree programs we offer. The Summit Restaurant is an extension of this vision.
