Dr. Wendy Bolt named VP for Enrollment/Student Services at Cincinnati State
Cincinnati State Technical and Community College has hired Dr. Wendy Bolt to serve as Vice President for Enrollment and Student Services.
Dr. Bolt holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology, both from Radford University in Radford, Va. She earned an EdD in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation from the University of Kentucky in 2012.
Immediately prior to joining Cincinnati State, Dr. Bolt was employed as Associate Vice President for Retention and Student Success for Bluegrass Community and Technical College, which is based in Lexington, Ky., and operates across six campuses. She joined that institution in 2006 as director of its Advising and Assessment Center.
Dr. Bolt has previously served as Coordinator of Student Counseling Services for Radford University (2003-06); as a counselor specializing in special needs students for Piedmont Virginia Community College in Charlottesville, Va. (1998-2003); as Assistant Director of Counseling for Berea College in Kentucky (1997-98); and as Assistant Director of Counseling at DePauw University in Indiana (1995-97).
She began her duties at Cincinnati State on April 1, and is a direct report to President O’dell M. Owens.
