Summit Restaurant Will Host Maryland-Style Crab Fest On Sept. 26
The Summit Restaurant’s executive chef, Sean Kagy, and his team of students from the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State will celebrate the end of summer with a Maryland-style Crab Fest on Sept. 26.
This is an all-you-can-eat event, featuring Blue Crab direct shipped from the Chesapeake Bay.
The event will be staged on the patio outside Cincinnati State’s Advanced Technology & Learning Center, which houses the teaching kitchens of the Midwest Culinary Institute. The dinner will start with a salad and soup bar, then servers will deliver freshly steamed Blue Crab to the guest tables – along with mallets, crackers and, if need be, instructions.
A vegetarian option will be available.
The price for the dinner is $60 (plus tax and gratuity), which includes salad, soup and all-you-can-eat Maryland Blue Crab. A cash bar will be open starting at 6 p.m.; credit cards will not be accepted. Complimentary valet parking will be available, as always.
Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. Please visit http://www.rsvpbook.com/event.php?428607 to make a reservation, or call the Summit at (513) 569-4980 for more information.
