Do you need financial aid to pay for your college education?

Priority Dates

Cincinnati State supports an open admission policy based on a five-term rolling admission process.

Please refer to the important dates below to ensure that your application is processed in a timely manner.

If you are a degree/certificate-seeking applicant, how can you be sure of admission? Select the term you wish to begin studying at Cincinnati State from the list below.  You must meet the priority admission deadline listed below that corresponds to the academic term you wish to begin. You should allow six (6) weeks prior to the priority deadline to complete the admission process. This means that (a) Cincinnati State receives all required documents by the priority admission deadline date for that term and (b) no additional follow-up is required.

Applications and required supporting admission documents will be accepted after the priority admission deadlines and processed as received.  After the Priority Deadline we cannot guarantee admission for your preferred term.

You should begin the admission process six to eight weeks in advance of the term you plan to attend Cincinnati State. This allows time to facilitate transcript requests, process financial aid, and advise you on your academic pursuits. Note that admission to the College is based on the policy “first-come, first-qualified, first-served.” Applicants are notified of acceptance by mail and via Cincinnati State email.
