Financial Aid, Print Class Schedule, Pay Tuition

My financial aid award

Access your estimated electronic award in real time. Although you will receive an email when your award is ready and when any changes are made, you do not have to wait for an email to check the status of your estimated award based on full-time attendance status. You can log in any time to see your award.

  1. Follow instructions to Access MyServices Online.
  2. Click My Award under Financial Aid.
  3. Select the award year you want to review from the drop down.

Note: If a particular award year does not appear, you do not have any award(s) available for that year. Contact the Office of Financial Aid: (513) 569-1530 phone, (513) 569-1469 fax.

Use financial aid balance to purchase textbooks

Once your financial aid award is complete, you may use your pending financial aid balance that is in excess of your student account bill up to a maximum of $550 (including tax) to purchase books and supplies at the College bookstore.

To view your pending award balance:

  1. Follow instructions to Access MyServices Online.
  2. Under the Registration menu, click on My Registration Statement-Class Schedule, choose the term, and print.
  3. If your Total Balance Due is negative, this is your pending balance that may be used to purchase books.

View and print my registration statement and my class schedule

Your registration statement will include a copy of your class schedule for the term with meeting times and room numbers. The second page will include a copy of your student account statement, displaying the amount of tuition owed and any financial aid that has already been awarded. The balance at the bottom of the statement is the amount you owe if a positive number is displayed, or the amount you have remaining in your financial aid account after charges if a negative number is displayed.

  1. Follow instructions to Access MyServices Online.
  2. Under the Registration menu, click on My Registration Statement-Class Schedule.
  3. Choose the term you want, then press Submit.
  4. To print registration statement press CTRL and P.

Note: The Registration Statement displays tuition charges for the term, financial aid awarded for the term, payments for the term, and refunds.

Pay my tuition with credit card

  1. Follow instructions to Access MyServices Online.
  2. Under the Financial Information menu click Make a Payment.
  3. Read the instructions carefully displayed at the top of the page.
  4. Enter the payment amount.
  5. Select a payment type, then click Submit.
  6. If payment type is a credit card enter all required (marked with a red *) fields about your credit card.
  7. Click Submit.

Note: A confirmation page is displayed. To print this page press CTRL and P. A receipt will also be sent to the email address you provided with your payment information.
