Come and enjoy the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort and its College Program on Cincinnati State’s campus October 14-15.
A variety of events are planned to educate our students, faculty, and staff; engage business and community leaders; and enchant our friends and supporters.
The two-day event will benefit Cincinnati State’s scholarship program for students who successfully complete the Disney College Program. Many of the activities will teach participants Disney’s philosophy for attaining organizational significance and world-class business results.
Thursday, October 14
Professional Development Seminar
Stimulating conversations with Disney executives on leadership and teamwork hosted by Erin Wallace, senior vice president of operations for Wald Disney World Resorts. Free for students, faculty and staff.
Taste of Disney
Delectable food and wine tasting using the recipes from Walt Disney World chefs featuring Disney College Program Chef Pauli Milotte. Tickets available for $50 each.
Friday, October 15
Training with Disney Executives
John Pepper, chairman of the board, Walt Disney World Resort, and Lee Cockerell, retired executive, Walt Disney World Resort share the keys to Disney’s business excellence. Click here to register, $250 each. Price reduced to $200/person when a group of five or more registers.
Campus Appreciation Picnic and Lunch
An appreciation picnic lunch for the Cincinnati State community, free of charge and complete with a special guest from the Walt Disney World Resort. (Hint: This guest likes cheese!)
An Enchanted Evening
Black Tie Scholarship Dinner and Silent Auction
hosted by Certified Master Chef John Kinsella and members of the World Master Chefs Society, Meg Galvin and Jim Myatt of the Midwest Culinary Institute, and featuring celebrity chefs Jean-Robert de Cavel (Jean Robert’s Table and MCI chef-in-residence) and Todd Kelly (Orchids Restaurant). Tickets available for $300 each.
