Erin Wallace, Senior Vice President of Operations

Erin Wallace is the Senior Vice President of Operations Integration Line of Business for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Her responsibilities encompass both the Walt Disney World® Resort and Disneyland Resort and include attractions, lodging, entertainment/imaging, merchandise development, food & beverage and merchandise, animal programs and environmental initiatives, operating labor, industrial engineering, operations learning and development, and business optimization.

Starting her Disney career in 1985 as a manager in Industrial Engineering, Erin has worked her way through a variety of roles, including heading up all of Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Resorts and Downtown Disney operating areas.

In this lecture, Erin will recount stories from her own career, share insights on what it takes to be an effective leader in today’s business world, and recall how Walt Disney’s own leadership philosophies inspired and shaped her as a leader.
