The Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State offers many degree options and a variety of experiences to meet every student’s educational goals.
- MCI offers associate's degrees in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. Graduates earn the Associate of Applied Business degree, which includes a required business core so that students learn competencies necessary for management.
- MCI also houses the College's award-winning Dietetic Technician associate's degree program, combining the arts and science of fine cuisine with the important areas of nutrition and dietary restrictions.
- Four certificates—Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Personal Chef, and Dietary Management—are offered at the Midwest Culinary Institute.
