The Summit Restaurant at the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State serves dinner to the public each Thursday through Saturday. Gourmet dishes are prepared fresh and served entirely by well-trained students under the direction of our restaurant management team.

Executive Chef Sean Kagy and co-host Jill Leslie, Midwest Regional Manager at Riondo USA will highlight wines from around the world.
August 7, 2014 – Kroger Creations featuring Chef Sean Kagy
Chef Kagy teaches home-made gourmet ice creams and sorbets in this demonstration cooking class (of course you’ll get to taste).

Vegetarian Three-course dinner for $35 featuring student-grown produce from the Cincinnati State Clifton campus and Our Harvest, where our students farm local produce as a Co-Op work experience.

The Summit Restaurant is located on the second floor in the ATLC building on the Cincinnati State main campus. Valet parking is provided for all Summit guests. For driving directions to the main campus, click here.
