The process for filing a complaint related to academics can be found in the Cincinnati State catalog in the Academic Policies and Procedures section. Discrimination and equity complaints should be filed with the Dean of Enrollment and Student Development. Please try to exhaust all possible avenues of complaint protocol before going outside the College.
If an issue cannot be resolved by the college’s internal processes, Ohio residents may choose to contact the Ohio Board of Regents.
In compliance with Federal
Department of Education regulations ,out of state students may file a complaint
with the appropriate authority in their state of residence, by referring to the list of State Agencies.
