Business Management Technology (BM)

Business Management Technology, leading to an associate’s degree, combines sound business training with on-the-job experience. Classroom experience centers around a well-planned management curriculum, including contemporary practices in management, marketing, human resources, accounting, and organizational development. Students learn the effective use of time, money, materials, and people to improve business results. Through cooperative education work experience, students gain valuable insight and “how to” experience in assessing and solving real management challenges that businesses deal with every day.

Human Resource Management Certificate (HRC)

The Human Resource Management certificate at Cincinnati State is designed for students interested in the increasingly specialized field of human resource management, students who are interested in an entry level position in human resources, professionals who have moved into human resource management from other functional areas of their organizations, and professionals who have assumed responsibility for human resource functions. Paralegal Certificate (PAC)

The Paralegal certificate program at Cincinnati State prepares students for careers in the legal profession in three key employment areas: employees of attorneys (the dominant category), self-employed individuals who work for attorneys, and self-employed individuals who provide their services directly to the public with attorney supervision.
