Have you considered an EMT career, or one in fire safety or security and safety management? You’ll find these programs, and many more, in the Health and Public Safety Division at Cincinnati State.

You can be career-ready in two years.

This division offers associate degree and certificate programs that are clinically intensive, many of them with internship or other clinical requirements. Students in this division tend to be highly employable and are ready to move into professional positions immediately upon graduation.

All programs are accredited, of course.

All Cincinnati State health and public safety programs are accredited or approved by the appropriate professional associations, and students completing a program within this division are eligible to apply to take required certification examinations. Due to accreditation requirements, many Cincinnati State health and public safety programs include unpaid clinical practice and may not include cooperative employment.
