Employment Outlook
Because of the explosion of technology used in the surveying profession, graduates will find numerous opportunities. Nationally, employment of surveying and mapping technicians is expected to grow 16 percent through 2020. Employment opportunities will be best for technicians possessing a bachelor’s degree, and Cincinnati State’s program is the first step toward accomplishing this goal.
