    Highlights Dual Enrollment opportunities for high school students and provides information about the benefits of Dual Enrollment, a few facts and contact information.
  • Frequently Asked Questions
    Answers frequently asked questions from teachers, parents and students and provides fast facts and information about transfer, cost and more.
  • Student Handbook
    The Student Handbook is a student and parent guide to dual enrollment and provides essential information pertaining to registration, transcripts, contacts and more.  Each student who registers for a Dual Enrollment course offering must be given this handout as part of the application process.
  • High School Dual Enrollment Teacher Invitation
    Invitation for high school teachers to explore the benefits of teaching dual enrollment and course offerings.
  • Teacher Checklist and Approval Request Form
    High school faculty members who would like to be considered for approval to teach Cincinnati State courses for dual credit must complete this form and attach with it their resume and/or transcripts.  This form and all attachments are returned to Off-Campus Programs for processing. A checklist is provided for your convenience.
  • Dual Enrollment Semester Catalog
    Listing of courses, with semester credit hour, faculty coordinator information and contact information currently available for dual enrollment in the high school.
  • Dual Enrollment Application/Registration Form
    This form is distributed to students by their high school teachers and must be completed in its entirety for admission into and registration for approved Dual Enrollment courses.  Any student under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian signature.
  • Credit Transfer links
    Provides information regarding credit transfer, specific to the Ohio Board of Regents’ Ohio Articulation and Transfer Policy.  Link provides resources pertaining to Transfer Assurance Guides (TAG) and Career-Technical Credit Transfer (CT)² courses, AP Placement, Ohio Transfer Module (OTM), and more.
