Safety & Environmental
This course is offered at the Evendale campus and at client's site.
This hands-on training course is based on the U.S. Department of Defense’s Tactical Combat Casualty Care & Combat Lifesaver Courses. It is designed specifically for parents, teachers, “high risk” employees, armed civilians, law enforcement officers and other “take charge” Americans who want to be able to perform lifesaving interventions on others and themselves in response to trauma situations including: during and after active killer / terrorist incidents, street confrontations, accidents (at home & work) and after natural disasters such as earthquakes, tornadoes & hurricanes. This is emergency training designed to assist in preserving life until medical professionals arrive on-scene.
- NOTE: This is not your typical First-Aid class. This is a graphic topic with graphic images, graphic discussion and some explicit language.
- Taught in a classroom environment by military combat veterans with law enforcement and EMS experience.
- Attendees will leave the training with (1) a spiral binder with all presentation slides, resources and reference materials, (2) a brand new, “gen 7” Combat Application Tourniquet, prepped for immediate use, (3) a new, unopened 6” Israeli Emergency Trauma Dressing (ETD), (4) a new, unopened package of QuikClot Combat Gauze and (5) two wallet cards for your future reference.
- All content has been developed and created by industry leading subject matter experts with years of operational experience. The course material is reviewed at least annually by instructional designers.
