Culinary and Food Science Virtual Event

Are you interested in science and the culinary arts? If yes, join us to learn more about the Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Culinary and Food Science at Cincinnati State from Chef Grace Yek, program chair, and Admissions.

As a CFS student, you will develop your skills in the Midwest Culinary Institute’s culinary and baking laboratories and then expand into chemistry and microbiology. Upon graduation, you will be prepared to innovate new food products and apply your food science knowledge to determine the best way to process, package, preserve, store and distribute food as a food scientist or technologist.
