The Office of Financial Aid at Cincinnati State, the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati and United Way have collaborated to again bring a free tax preparation service to campus, powered by Myfreetaxes.com.

Cincinnati State has negotiated an agreement with the Cincinnati Business Courier that allows students, faculty and staff to purchase a 52-week digital subscription for $59. That’s a significant discount off the regular price, and of the purchase price, $10 comes back to Cincinnati State – even for those used as gifts or purchased by friends.

The Faculty Senate Professional Development Committee and the Semester Transition Project cordially invite you to attend a workshop called Teaching to the Rhythms of Semesters. This session -- scheduled from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 5 at the Conference Center at the College -- is being conducted by Dr. Katherine Rowell, Director of the Center of Teaching and Learning at Sinclair Community College. It will focus on research concerning teaching on semesters.
