The Cincinnati State Alumni Association is hosting a Winter Midnight Bowl event for alumni and friends of the college. It will begin at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 at Colerain Bowl and last until 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 29.

Tony Cruz, Dean of Enrollment and Student Development, was recently appointed to the Board of the Greater Cincinnati YMCA Black and Latino Achievers Program. The Black and Latino Achievers Program is one of the region’s largest programs of its kind, partnering with area organizations and adult role models to inspire and encourage teens of color to further their education, establish careers and give back to a community that helped guide them on their journey.

The Cincinnati State men’s basketball team split a pair of weekend games in Chicago, and return to campus for a game Wednesday prior to Saturday’s matchup against conference rival Lakeland Community College.
