Surgical technologists are vital members of the surgical team—prepping the operating room, managing instruments, maintaining sterile conditions, and assisting during procedures. It’s a fast-paced, in-demand role—and Cincinnati State offers a direct, affordable path to get there.
You’ll train on campus through hands-on labs, simulation training, and four clinical placements in real surgical settings. Along the way, you’ll gain experience in the circulating role, expanding your skills and giving you a deeper understanding of how the full surgical team works together.
