1N12K is your ticket to experience the culinary community at its finest
Returning in 2026, those who love great food, great drink, and rubbing elbows with great local chefs will have the opportunity to attend 1 Night, 12 Kitchens, the region’s premier culinary fundraiser benefitting students at Cincinnati State’s Midwest Culinary Institute (MCI).
MCI offers students the opportunity to pursue their passion in an environment reflective of the dynamic local food, drink, and hospitality industry. Students can earn certificates and associate degrees in culinary arts, pastry arts, brewing, hospitality, dietetics, and nutrition, as well as a bachelor’s degree in culinary and food science. MCI graduates are critical to our region’s quality of life and economic growth.
More than 85% of graduates stay in this region, working as professionals and entrepreneurs in the culinary, pastry, brewing, food processing, nutrition, hospitality, and flavor industries. MCI graduates can also be found in top culinary establishments throughout the country.
