513Relief Bus Services

The 513Relief Bus is a mobile medical and social services bus equipped with technology to provide an array of services at no-cost. These resources provide stability and help to eliminate barriers such as access, transportation, and technology. 

Services includes:

• Biometric screenings
• Assistance completing Medicaid and or SNAP application
• Counseling for substance abuse and/or mental health
• Resources and support for older adults and caregivers
• Cash assistance, child support, child care, checking and processing unclaimed funds

If you are interested in any of these services, complete the 513Relief Bus Service-Intent to Participate Form no later than 5pm on Friday, April 3, 2026.
