Overview

The Ohio Real Estate Broker’s Certificate is designed for real estate professionals who aspire to advance their careers by meeting the educational requirements to sit for the State of Ohio Broker’s License Exam. This certificate provides the essential coursework needed for individuals who have already completed the pre-licensing education for an Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License and are now preparing to take the next step toward becoming a licensed real estate broker.

Students complete coursework in Business Finance, Business Law, Economics, and Personal Management to enhance knowledge of real estate principles, financial management, legal considerations, and business operations. The certificate provides the skills needed to successfully manage a brokerage, lead a team of sales agents, and navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.

Upon successful completion of the certificate program, students are academically eligible to apply for the State of Ohio Broker’s License Exam.

Real Estate courses are offered in the evening, online, and/or in hybrid format (partly online and partly evening in-person).
