  • The real estate courses satisfy the pre-license education requirement for the State of Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License examination.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that employment of real estate brokers and sales agents will grow by about 5 percent through 2031, about as fast as the average for all occupations. In May 2021 the median annual wage for real estate sales agents was around $48,340 and real estate brokers was $62,010.
