Your entire dining experience will be provided by well-trained students under the expert direction of our professional restaurant management team.
Our staff consists entirely of Cincinnati State students, most of whom are earning college credit as a part of their cooperative education workplace training program.

The Summit Restaurant at the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State is open to the public on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m..
