Overview

During any type of critical incident, emergency responders at all levels may have to assume the duties of Incident Commander, Safety Officer, Operations Officer, or Decontamination Officer (among others) to ensure life safety, incident stabilization/mitigation and property preservation. This 2-day workshop provides the basic knowledge and skills required by OSHA 29 CFR § 1910.120, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 472 and FEMA’s National Incident Management System (NIMS).
