Here you can find basic information for new students to the WDC.

Next Steps

Upon application to the WDC, students can expect the following:

  1. Students will be contacted by a WDC front office employee and emailed instructions to help complete the appropriate registration form(s) and will be given the student handbook.
  2. Students will then be notified of any additional steps or requirements.
  3. All books and supplies will be disbursed on the first day of class.

Payment

Payment can be made in the front office with a credit card, check, or money order.

The WDC does not accept cash.

Payment can also be made online:

  1. Log into your MyCState 2.0 account
  2. Click on “Self-Service”
  3. Click on “Financial Information” (capital building icon) located on the left side of the screen
  4. In the dropdown menu, select “TouchNet Payment Center”
  5. Click on “Make Payment”
    • Credit Card Option
      • Accepted credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
      • Please note there is a non-refundable service fee of 3% when using a credit card
    • eCheck Option
      • Electronic checks (eCheck) are accepted
      • A $20 fee is assessed for returned checks
      • There is no service fees when paying by eCheck

Parking

Parking at the WDC is free. Park in the lot where the black awning is located.

Inclement Weather & Closures

During inclement weather, students should check cincinnatistate.edu, local news sites listing closures, or the College’s social media for closings and delays.
