Office of the Registrar
NOTICE REGARDING CONVERSION FROM TERMS TO SEMESTERS:
| The College has now converted student academic credit data from the term system to the new semester system. As a result, you will notice a difference in your total accumulated credit hours. For example a 3 credit hour course in the term system now shows as 2 semester credit hours. My Grade Report and My Academic Evaluation are just two areas you will see a difference. Please refer to the Step Up to Semesters Guide |
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for all student records and business processes from the point of admission for curricular students. These business processes include non-degree admission, room and course scheduling, transfer of academic credits, residency appeals, registration (student schedule changes, wait list, pre-requisite checking, consortium registration), degree audit, verification of enrollment, no-show reporting, end-of-term grade processing, graduation clearance, official transcripts, and student enrollment issue resolution.
Information about many registration activities are included on this site: the course offerings, registration process, registration policies, graduation, transcripts, and more.
For more details, or for information about policies, and other information not covered on the site, please reference the online College catalog.
