Fire Service students represented Cincy State at Harvest Home Fair Parade

Students in Cincinnati State’s Fire Service Technology (FST) program represented the College in the 2025 Harvest Home Fair Parade in Cheviot on September 4, 2025.

The FST ladder truck attracted lot of positive attention from the large crowd, with estimated attendance of over 15,000. According to Health & Public Safety Associate Dean Ali Godel, “the students were phenomenal at interacting with the crowd,” and “many parade-goers shouted ‘Cincy Staaaate!’ as we drove by.”

The College’s participation was coordinated by FST Lab Manager Drew Tenhundfeld, who also served as the ladder truck driver.
