Nursing graduates achieved near-perfect pass rate on NCLEX

Cincinnati State Nursing students from the cohort that graduated in December 2018 achieved a pass rate of 98.2% on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX).

Out of 56 graduates (some of whom are seen above with faculty member Beth Hamon, right), 55 graduates passed the NCLEX on the first attempt.

Health and Public Safety Dean Dr. Janelle McCord congratulated the Nursing faculty, Program Chair Janice Lockett, and Associate Dean and Director of the Cincinnati State Bethesda School of Nursing Dr. Denise Rohr for their efforts that contributed to this outstanding student accomplishment.
