Clifton Campus

Cincinnati State’s main campus is located in Cincinnati’s Clifton neighborhood. The campus is perched on a hill that overlooks the intersection of Interstates I-75 and I-74.
The setting – with views to the west of the Mill Creek Valley, the historic center of the region’s manufacturing empires – is fitting for a technical and community college. So is the easy access by car, bus, and bicycle.
The main campus began in 1969 as a single building in what was originally a high school. Today the complex includes a Health Professions Building, the Advanced Technologies & Learning Center, two parking garages, and a greenhouse on 75 acres that serve as an arboretum and a showplace for a pioneering stormwater management program.
The main campus houses most of the courses offered at Cincinnati State, along with student and administrative services; the acclaimed Midwest Culinary Institute and its Summit Restaurant; the Johnnie Mae Berry Library; a child care center for students, employees and the general public; athletic and recreation facilities; a bookstore, and a retail bakery.
