The Homeland Security Certificate provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively deal with safety and security challenges in the United States.
This program was developed in response to the needs of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Students gain understanding of fundamental elements of homeland security as well as specialized topics including detecting threats to security, and protecting critical infrastructure and transportation nodes.
