Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees serves as the governing body of Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. The nine-member Board are appointed by the Governor of the State of Ohio, with each trustee serving a six-year term. The Board is responsible for the overall governance and strategic oversight of the College. Key responsibilities include selecting and appointing the President; approving the annual operating budget; authorizing personnel appointments; establishing tuition and fee rates; approving contracts and major expenditures; granting degrees and certificates; and reviewing and approving College policies, academic programs, curriculum changes, and new degree and certificate offerings. Through these actions, the Board helps ensure the College fulfills its mission and remains responsive to the educational, workforce, and community needs of the region.
